Ken runs the general business operations for Urban Street Builders. His background as a Project Manager at Boeing and his time in construction gave him the experience needed to start Urban Street Builders from the ground up. Ken manages the ongoing operations of our business as well as the estimating, budgeting, permitting, change orders, etc for each of our clients’ projects. Although he spends much of his time in meetings and working in the office, he is also up to date on what is happening in the field at each of our current projects. His attention to detail, straightforward and easy going personality are great assets to our company.

Dana is the creative genius behind Urban Street Builders’ success. She has always had an eye for all things visual; from excelling in high school art classes to earning her degree in Graphic Design. Dana is very passionate about good quality design and enjoys keeping up on the latest trends, styles and new ideas. Making each of our projects unique is important to her and keeps our work interesting. Dana’s job begins by collaborating with each client to come up with their perfect architectural design, then taking it to 3D using a CAD program. This gives our clients the incredible opportunity to virtually walk through their project before ever breaking ground. Once the architectural design has been solidified, she assists our clients in selecting interior and exterior finishes that are consistent with the style and overall look they are wanting to achieve. Dana’s perfectionist personality insures that no detail is missed and results in an end product that is always true perfection.
COLTON BRADY

Colton is our on site Project Manager, with years of high quality construction experience under his tool belt. You will get to know him well as soon as your project is ready to break ground. Colton manages the projects when construction begins, assuring that every detail that has been meticulously planned out turns into a reality. Anything relating to the physical or structural aspects of each project is addressed by Colton, who oversees the process throughout each phase of construction. Colton is a creative problem-solver which comes in handy when attempting to create many of Dana’s ingenious new ideas! His calm and easy-to-work-with personality keeps things moving forward on the job site as he manages many moving parts at the same time. He enjoys the satisfaction and the creative process of taking an idea and bringing it to life.
